NOVELTY - Curing graphene defect, comprises combining a heterogeneous material on a defected zone by repeatedly contacting a precursor gas containing heterogeneous material with graphene present on the defected zone containing structural defect. USE - The defect cured graphene is useful in device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves physical properties of graphene for long time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for defect cured graphene obtained by the above method.
