USE - Method for preparation of graphene/lead oxide composite modified aqueous polyurethane material used for preventing high-energy rays and electromagnetic radiation. ADVANTAGE - The product has anti-high energy radiation function, improved mechanical property, and good electromagnetic radiation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/lead oxide composite modified aqueous polyurethane material comprises: (A) mixing graphene oxide and polar solvent at ratio of 1:1-100 (mg/mL), ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding reducing agent at ratio of 1:0.01-10 (mg/g), subjecting to reduction reaction at 20-100 degrees C for 0.5-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain partially reduced graphene oxide; (B) ultrasonically dispersing in polar solvent at ratio of 1:1-100 (mg/mL), slowly adding lead nitrate aqueous solution while rapidly stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, slowly adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, adjusting pH to 10, adding mixture into reactor, reacting at 100-250 degrees C for 24 hours, and washing for 3 times with distilled water and with absolute ethanol once to obtain graphene/lead oxide composite material; and (C) adding metered polyester polyol or polyether polyol into three-neck flask nitrogen protected device with, vacuum dehydrating at 120 degrees C for 1 hour, cooling, adding diisocyanate and butanone, reacting to 50-70 degrees C for 2-8 hour to obtain prepolymer, adding butanone, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid and graphene/lead oxide composite material, reacting to 50-90 degrees C for 3 hours, cooling to 45 degrees C, adding triethylamine while stirring for 1 hour, pouring to deionized water, mechanically stirring for 1 hour, spreading uniformly on release paper without creating bubbles, horizontally drying for 1 day until film is formed, oven-drying at 80 degrees C for 5 hours, and peeling off film from release paper.
