NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-coated silicon particle composite material, involves (i) mixing carbon powder and silicon material, pressing into carbon/silicon rod, (ii) placing carbon/silicon rod in arc device as a cathode, filling with hydrogen and helium dimer, adjusting the distance between carbon/silicon rod and anode rod, controlling current and using arc discharge to obtain product (A), (iii) emulsifying product (A), ultrasonically processing and freeze-drying to obtain graphene wrapped silicon particle composite material. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated silicon particle composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-coated silicon particle composite material is prepared in a simple manner at low cost. The graphene-coated silicon particle composite material has uniform morphology and stable structure, and excellent electrochemical performance. The preparation method effectively inhibits agglomeration and expansion of silicon particles.
