▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Continuous fiber reinforced composite material comprises nano-scale radar wave transparent material, modified cyanate resin and continuous fiber as raw material of additive manufacturing method, where the raw materials of the modified cyanic acid ester resin comprises 90-110 pts. wt. cyanate, 5-15 parts of epoxy resin, 0.03-0.05 part of catalyst, and the nanoscale radar wave-permeable material is 0.5-10 wt.% of the cyanate ester-modified resin. USE - Radar-transparent continuous fiber reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The radar wave-transmitting performance of the material is greatly improved. The resin matrix is synergistically strengthened and toughened. The resin with radar wave-transmitting function and continuous fiber containing nano-scale components are used as raw materials to realize the processing of parts through the additive manufacturing process. The radar wave-transparent functional resin, nano-scale components and continuous fibers synergistically improve the radar wave-transparent performance of composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an additive manufacturing method of the radar-permeable continuous fiber-reinforced composite material, which involves: a. uniformly dispersing the nano-scale radar wave-transmitting material in the modified cyanate resin to prepare a cyanate resin system containing nano-scale radar wave-transmitting components; b. passing the continuous fiber through the cyanate resin system containing nanoscale radar wave-transmitting components to obtain prepreg fiber; c. feeding the prepreg fiber filament into the print head, printing, heating and solidifying the shape to obtain the radar-transparent continuous fiber reinforced composite material.
