DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide film involves preparing aqueous solution or organic solvent solution of graphite oxide from graphite, adding organic solvent or water into the aqueous solution or organic solvent solution of graphite oxide, performing ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging, removing solid, adding a mixed solvent of water and organic solvent into the solid, performing ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging, removing graphene oxide solution (supernatant), performing Langmuir-Blodgett method by dripping graphene oxide solution in water to form film on water-air interface, and transferring the oxidized graphene film to substrate.
