NOVELTY - The preparation of antistatic non-woven fabric, involves (S1) taking graphene oxide, tin antimony oxide, polyvinyl alcohol powder and deionizer, pre-mixing, wet grinding, and discharging to obtain conductive slurry, (S2) adding conductive slurry to upper glue groove, adding to glue roller bottom, unreeling non-woven fabric, forming slurry, uniformly depositing on upper non-woven fabric to form composite non-woven fabric of fiber covering and interweaving, and (S3) adding composite non-woven fabric to temperature and humidity box for fumigating and reducing the graphene oxide, where the reducing agent comprises aqueous ammonia and tea water at volume ratio of 1:2, reacting at 60-80degreesC, controlling humidity of 75-90%, reacting for 8-24 hours, sending composite non-woven fabric after reduction to freeze dryer, and slowly removing water. USE - Preparation of antistatic non-woven fabric (claimed) used in electronic equipment and building materials e.g. communication, and chemical synthetic articles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of antistatic non-woven fabric ensuring excellent surface resistivity, and the surface resistivity is less than 1asterisk109/m2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of antistatic non-woven fabric, involves (S1) taking graphene oxide, tin antimony oxide, polyvinyl alcohol powder and deionized at mass ratio of (1-3):(10-30):(150-200):800, pre-mixing, pouring into wet grinding device, utilizing zirconium oxide microspheres as grinding medium, grinding at 2000 rpm, controlling material temperature below 3degreesC during grinding, and when particle diameter D90 of material less than or equal to 0.5 microm, and discharging to obtain conductive slurry, (S2) adding conductive slurry to upper glue groove, adding to glue roller bottom without slurry 3-5 mm, accessing peristaltic pump slurry feeding circulation system, connecting upper rubber roller with high voltage rotating glue, unreeling non-woven fabric self-discharging scroll tightly adhered to upper plate of rubber roller as horizontal uniform speed rolling action, forming slurry on upper end of rubber roller using jet flow under the action of high pressure electrostatic field force, uniformly depositing on upper non-woven fabric to form composite non-woven fabric of fiber covering and interweaving, (S3) adding composite non-woven fabric to temperature and humidity box for fumigating and reducing the graphene oxide, where the reducing agent comprises aqueous ammonia and tea water at volume ratio of 1:2, reacting at 60-80degreesC, controlling humidity of 75-90%, reacting for 8-24 hours, sending composite non-woven fabric after reduction to freeze dryer, and slowly removing water.
