NOVELTY - Preparation of organic segmer modifying modified graphene oxide involves oxidizing graphite under the effect of concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate and some strong oxidants, ultrasonic dispersing it in organic solvent and preparing disperse system of graphene oxide; reacting diisocyanate with dihydric alcohol, sealing one end with hydroxyl acrylic ester, reacting isocyanate perssad in organic segmer with the prepared graphene oxide to prepare organic segmer modifying modified graphene oxide. USE - For preparation of organic segmer modifying modified graphene oxide (claimed) used as e.g. additive in high strength composite material for preparing heat-conducting, conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The organic segmer contains polymerizable double bond that is beneficial to modifying modified graphene oxide and other organic materials to cross-linking polymerizing and forming composite with special performance. The acrylate double bond organic chain segment allows surface chemical modifying of the graphene oxide, which is good for the composite with other materials and cross linked polymer, and is good for producing oxide graphene composite material with special performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of organic segmer modifying modified graphene oxide involves a) preparing graphene oxide: putting excess concentrated sulfuric acid in reaction vessel and ice-water bathing, successively adding in graphite, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, the mass ratio of them is (2-6):(1-3):(5-10), controlling reaction temperature of not greater than 10 degrees C and reacting for 1-3 hours, then reacting at room temperature for 1-3 days, adding double volume of concentrated sulfuric acid of water and diluting, then adding aquae hydrogenii dioxide, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours, centrifugal separating, water washing and drying, ultrasonic dispersing the graphite oxide in organic solvent and preparing the graphene oxide; b): preparation of organic segmer modifying modified graphene oxide with double bond: adding diisocyanate in reaction vessel and heating to 50-80 degrees C; adding dihydric alcohol in diisocyanate, where the molar ratio of the diisocyanate and dihydric alcohol is 2:1, the dihydric alcohol containing 0.2-1.0% of total mass of dibutyltin dilaurate and reaction time is 2-6 hours; then dropwise adding hydroxyl acrylic ester in the reaction system and the mass ratio of the hydroxyl acrylic ester and diisocyanate is 1:2, and the hydroxyl acrylic ester containing 0.5-1.0% of total mass of polymerization inhibitor; controlling the reaction temperature at 60-90 degrees C and the time is 2-4 hours and getting polyurethane acrylate segmer with isocyanate (NCO) perssad in one end and double bond in the other end, then adding the prepared graphene oxide in the reaction system, replenishing 0.1-0.3% of total mass of dibutyltin dilaurate, controlling the reaction temperature at 60-90 degrees C and reacting for 1-3 hours and getting the organic segmer modifying modified graphene oxide with double bond.
