▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene/alumina/aluminum nitride interface thermal conductive reinforcing rubber comprises 5-20 wt.% graphene, 0.25-2 wt.% alumina, 5-20 wt.% aluminum nitride, 1-5 wt.% filler and 50-90 wt.% rubber. USE - The rubber is use useful in the field of electronic appliances (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method inhibits the agglomeration of aluminum nitride particles, uniformly coating graphene on surface of the aluminum nitride, improves thermal conductivity of the rubber as heat conductive filler and is easy to implement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene/alumina/aluminum nitride interfacial thermal conductive reinforced rubber comprising (i) uniformly depositing alumina on the surface of the aluminum nitride particles by atomic layer deposition; (ii) adding the surface-modified aluminum nitride particles obtained in the step (i) to a concentrate of graphene oxide and ultrasonically dispersing; (iii) concentrating and drying the composite material obtained in the step (ii); (iv) irradiating the composite material powder obtained in the step (iii) with a laser to obtain graphene/alumina/aluminum nitride thermal conductive filler; and (v) uniformly mixing the graphene/alumina/aluminum nitride thermal conductive filler (iv) with remaining filler, then mechanically mixing with the rubber through open mill or internal mixer and cooling.
