NOVELTY - Functionalized polyimide composite microspheres comprise polyimide microspheres and functional materials in a mass ratio of 100:(1-40), where the functional materials are uniformly coated on the surface of the polyimide microspheres, and the particle diameter of the functionalized polyimide composite microspheres is 0.5-10 mu m. USE - As functionalized polyimide composite microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The functionalized polyimide composite microspheres realize the coating of polyimide microspheres with multiple functional materials, broaden the application of polyimide composite microspheres, have universal applicability and simple process route, are economical and achieve easy mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the functionalized polyimide composite microspheres involving (i) preparing polyamic acid microspheres by mixing organic solvent and polyamic acid in a mass ratio of (2-12):1 to obtain a mixed solution, stirring the mixed solution at 20-50 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and transferring reaction for 8-24 hours in a constant temperature and humidity box with a humidity of 80-98% and a temperature of 25-50 degrees C for 8-24 hours, collecting the product, washing it with deionized water centrifugally, and drying to obtain polyamic acid microspheres, (ii) pretreating polyamic acid microspheres by adding aqueous-soluble polymer to water to prepare a aqueous-soluble polymer solution with a concentration of 0.01-0.06 g/ml, adding 100 parts mass polyamic acid microspheres prepared in the step (i) to the aqueous-soluble polymer aqueous solution in a mass ratio of 1:(100-200), ultrasonically dispersing to makes the microspheres completely infiltrate, stirring for 0.5-1 hour and centrifuging to obtain modified polyamic acid microspheres, (iii) adding 1-40 parts mass functional material to an aqueous solution with a pH of 3-7, uniformly stirring, adding the modified polyamic acid microspheres prepared in the step (ii), and stirring for 5-30 minutes after mixing, performing centrifugal washing with deionized water and drying to prepare functionalized polyamic acid composite microspheres and (iv) drying the functionalized polyamic acid composite microspheres prepared in the step (iii) at 50-90 degrees C for 2-4 hours, increasing the temperature to 180-220 degrees C at a heating rate of 1-10 degrees C/minute, incubating for 1-3 hours, increasing the temperature to 280-300 degrees C at a heating rate of 1-10 degrees C/minute for 1-2 hours to obtain functionalized polyimide composite microspheres.
