▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The material has a substrate layer whose upper part is formed with a single layer or graphene layers. The graphene layers are deposited on a telluriumcadmium-mercury thin film layer. The substrate layer is formed with CdZnTe (Cadmium zinc telluride), CdTe (Cadmium telluride), GaAs (Gallium arsenide), AI2o3 (Sapphire Crystal), Si (Silicon), quartz or amorphous glass. USE - Graphite alkenyl tellurium-cadmium-mercury composite thin film material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high transparency, quick response speed, better electrical property and low noise generating ratio, and is conductive and easy to control and adjust. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphite alkenyl tellurium-cadmium-mercury composite thin film material preparation method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graph illustrating relationship between intensity and degree of a graphite alkenyl tellurium-cadmium-mercury composite thin film material.
