NOVELTY - Carbon nanotube (CNT) graphene magnesium powder prepared by mixing carbon nanotubes and graphene to prepare a CNT graphene mixture, mixing 10 pts. wt. of water, 60-90 pts. wt. of ethanol, 0.01-5 pts. wt. of surfactant with 0.1-10 pts. wt. of CNT graphene mixture to prepare a CNT coated graphene coating solution, drying, adding 5-10 pts. wt. of magnesium powder having a particle size of 1-4.8 mu m, and processing the mixture with an ultrasonic wave, is claimed. USE - Used as CNT graphene magnesium powder. ADVANTAGE - The foam is inflammable and lightweight, has high intensity, excellent electromagnetic shielding insulation, sound absorption, moisture resistance and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a graphene, CNT and magnesium containing foam comprising: injecting the CNT graphene magnesium powder into a crucible furnace and dissolving at 650-940 degrees C under at atmospheric pressure; mixing the dissolved mixture with 1-2 wt.% of a mixture of calcium, molten metal and thickener and stirring; adding the mixture with 0.5-2.5 wt.% of a mixture of calcium carbonate, foaming agent and uniformly mixing; injecting the mixture into a mold, heating using a heating unit and maintaining the temperature above a melting point of the mixture; and removing the molded product and cooled at 70-90 degrees C.
