▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/activated carbon particle composite electrode material involves dissolving glucose in water, preparing carbon microspheres by hydrothermal method, grinding and mixing carbon microspheres and potassium hydroxide at different weight ratios, calcining, washing, centrifuging, drying to obtain activated carbon material, dissolving dried activated carbon material and graphene oxide in solvent, ultrasonically fully mixing, irradiating obtained mixed solution as liquid phase target under pulsed laser conditions, washing, centrifuging and drying obtained solution. The weight ratio of activated carbon material to graphene oxide is 90-99.9 wt.%:0.1-10 wt.%. The working conditions of laser irradiation are wavelength is 248-1064 nm, frequency is 1-30 Hz, energy density is 0.1-10 J.pulse-1.cm-2 and irradiation time is 10-1000 minutes. USE - Preparation of graphene/activated carbon particle composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene/activated carbon particle composite electrode material exhibits high specific capacity rate performance when used as supercapacitor electrode material. The preparation is simple, economical and improves product purity.
