NOVELTY - The technique involves setting transverse plate fixedly between the transfer cavity and the graphene cavity and the gel cavity, providing the partition plate with a spring sliding groove with downward opening, providing spring sliding groove glidingly with a pushing block, setting a spring fixedly between pushing block and spring sliding groove, connecting lower end of pushing block fixedly with a needle tip capable of sliding in the transfer cavity and the lower end extends out of the lower end surface of the rod body, providing the needle tip with wiring assembly, providing the inner wall of upper side of graphene cavity with a second pressure changing port, where the circuit plate processing device further comprises a wiring auxiliary device, and using the wiring auxiliary device for assisting the operator to perform alignment drawing of linear wire. USE - The technique is useful for processing high-end electronic circuit series plate based on graphene high conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The technique: utilizes graphene material to process the circuit; allows using personnel to draw the graphene material on the substrate to form a circuit by using the device; and protects the graphene circuit.
