NOVELTY - Asphalt mixture comprises 75-95 pts. wt. waste asphalt recycled materials, 16-20 pts. wt. clay, 18-21 pts. wt. isoamyl alcohol, 25-30 pts. wt. slag, 30-50 pts. wt. mortar, 10-20 pts. wt. rubber powder, 6-8 pts. wt. 3-methylcyclohexanone, 7-10 pts. wt. graphene and 8-13 pts. wt. aromatic oil. USE - The asphalt mixture is useful for environmentally friendly road (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The asphalt mixture: has excellent road performance, excellent rutting resistance and water stability performance; and comprises graphene makes difficult harden and crack, ; increases elasticity and strength; improves the elastic resilience of the asphalt mixture due to rubber powder; has good compressive strength and tensile strength; has low cost raw materials; The method: is environmentally friendly and energy-saving process; has good economic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing asphalt mixture comprising (i) providing each raw materials, (ii) adding 3-methylcyclohexanone to isoamyl alcohol and uniformly dispersing under ultrasonic conditions to obtain a first mixture, (iii) adding the waste asphalt recovery material into the hot melt tank, heating to 165-175 degrees C, adding mortar and rubber powder to the hot melt tank under stirring conditions, raising the temperature to 185-200 degrees C and keeping for 30-45 minutes, and obtaining a second mixture, (iv) mixing clay, slag, graphene and aromatic oil, grinding uniformly, maintaining in a magnetic field for 45-80 seconds to obtain a third mixture, and (v) cooling the second mixture obtained in step (iii) to 120-135 degrees C in the hot-melt tank, adding the third mixture and stirring uniformly, raising the temperature to 175-188 degrees C, adding the first mixture obtained in step (ii) stirring uniformly and naturally cooling to room temperature, and obtaining asphalt mixture.
