NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion-resistant topcoat comprises (i) taking aggregate monomer, emulsifying agent, methacrylic acid, mercaptoethanol, isobornyl acrylate, stirring to obtain mixed solution, taking acetone, mixing, under nitrogen atmosphere, dropping mixed solution, keeping and adding aggregate of monomer, preserving, adding azodiisobutyronitrile, preserving and adding N,Ndimethylethanolamine, vacuuming to remove solvent, adding deionized water to obtain hydroxypropyl secondary dispersion, aggregate monomer comprises butyl acrylate, and styrene, and (ii) taking hydroxypropyl resin secondary dispersion, silane coupling agent wetting agent, deionized water, polyurethane thickening agent corrosion inhibitor, stirring to obtain main paint, taking isocyanate modified hydrophilic sulfonate, isophorone diisocyanate and propylene glycol diacetate, uniformly mixing to obtain curing agent, taking main paint and curing agent, mixing, stirring, and filtering to obtain finish paint. USE - The method is useful in preparing of corrosion-resistant topcoat for copper products. ADVANTAGE - The method improves corrosion resistance and hydrophobic performance of the finish paint, is more suitable, and has high practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing corrosion-resistant topcoat comprises (i) taking 2/3 amount of aggregate monomer, emulsifying agent, 3/4 amount azodiisobutyronitrile, methacrylic acid, mercaptoethanol, isobornyl acrylate, stirring for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixed solution, taking acetone and propylene glycol butyl ether, mixing uniformly, under the nitrogen atmosphere, dropping mixed solution under 110-120°C, keeping and reacting for 40-50 minutes, then adding aggregate of monomer, preserving and reacting for 50-60 minutes, adding 1/4 amount of azodiisobutyronitrile, continuously preserving and reacting for 40-50 minutes, cooling to 80°C, adding N,Ndimethylethanolamine, neutralizing and reacting for 30-40 minutes, vacuuming to remove the solvent, adding deionized water to obtain hydroxypropyl resin secondary dispersion, the aggregate monomer comprises fluorine-containing phosphate monomer, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate and styrene, and (ii) taking hydroxypropyl resin secondary dispersion, silane coupling agent wetting agent, base material wetting agent, flatting, agent deionized water, latent solvent, amine neutralizing agent, rheological agent, matting agent, polyurethane thickening agent corrosion inhibitor, antifoaming agent isocyanate-graphene, stirring uniformly to obtain main paint, taking isocyanate modified by hydrophilic sulfonate, isophorone diisocyanate and propylene glycol diacetate, uniformly mixing to obtain curing agent, taking the mass ratio of main paint and curing agent is 4-5:1, mixing, stirring uniformly, and filtering to obtain finish paint. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a corrosion-resistant topcoat is prepared by above method.
