NOVELTY - Preparing lubricating additive involves using Fluorinated graphene quantum dot (FGQD) containing oxygen as raw material; loading the medicine on the FGQD nanometre medicine carrier; adding the FGQD nanometre medicine carrier into the water or sodium hyaluronate or 15 mg/mL sodium hyaluronate water solution to obtain the FGQD lubricating additive. USE - Method for preparing lubricating additive used in medicine loading for treating arthritis, where medicine is anti-inflammatory medicine, where medicine is diclofenac sodium (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides the lubricating additive that gas good biological compatibility and inflammation treatment effect, it can effectively improve the lubricating effect of the joint portion and inhibit inflammation. It has good dispersion stability, high medicine-loading amount and good antifriction and anti- wear performance.
