▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum alloy for mold comprises preparing total amount of alloy and preparing materials; choosing hexachloroethane as refining agent; placing the prepared refined aluminum ingot, silicon, copper, magnesium, manganese, chromium, zinc, titanium, cadmium, zirconium, boron and vanadium into the crucible; adding iron metal, and uniformly stirring; adding master alloy, and performing secondary stirring; adding refining agent in batches; heat-preserving and shaping the solution to obtain composition; pulverizing composition through equipment, and mixing with graphene powder; placing mixture into a ball mill, and ball milling under the speed of 2500 revolutions/minute; adding carbon tetrachloride as an organic process control agent during the ball milling process; adding argon to prevent the oxidation of the composite powder; throwing the composite powder into molten aluminum of remaining aluminum ingot, and stirring; and die-casting. USE - The method is useful for preparing an aluminum alloy for a double-color multi-cavity rotary injection mold, which is useful in a bearing cube. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy has high strength, hardness of high performance aluminium alloy material, at the same time, it has excellent heat dissipation, the temperature generated by the mold will not be left on the bearing cube for a long time, and the high temperature will not cause the bearing cube to generate deformation to avoid the damage condition. The high strength aluminum alloy reduces the larger mold to the range supported by the rotary injection function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a mold aluminum alloy produced by above method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural flow block diagram of preparing aluminum alloy for mold. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
