▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene thermal conductive glue comprises 5-30 wt.% acrylic resin, 5-50 wt.% graphene slurry, 10-50 wt.% acrylic monomer, 0.1-5 wt.% photoinitiator and 0.5-5 wt.% additives. USE - Graphene thermal conductive glue. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermal conductive glue improves bonding ability of ultraviolet glue, and enhances mechanical strength and electricity conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene thermally conductive glue, which involves: (A) mixing acrylic resin, graphene slurry, acrylic monomer, photoinitiator and the auxiliary agent and stirring to obtain mixture; (B) adding acrylic monomer and additives into the torture chamber mixer or the ball mill having obtained mixture, mixing, crushing and stirring for 0.5-1 hour and filtering to obtain graphene slurry; and (C) mixing photoinitiator with obatined graphene slurry for 1 hour, stirring for three to five times and placing into three-roll mill, and discharging the mixture under vacuum (-0.1 MPa) for 1 hour to obtain a graphene conductive glue.
