NOVELTY - A carbon fiber/graphene reinforced and toughened plastic pipe comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polypropylene, 4-8 pts. wt. polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride, 3-6 pts. wt. ethylene/octene copolymer, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. surface modified light calcium carbonate, 2-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.2-1 pt. wt. antioxidant 1010, 1-2 pts. wt. hyperbranched polyester dispersant and 1-1.5 pts. wt. zinc stearate. USE - Carbon fiber/graphene reinforced and toughened plastic pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple operation. The product is lightweight, has good strength, enhanced corrosion resistance and long service life suitable for cold water and hot water pipeline system, heating pipeline system, and air conditioner pipeline. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon fiber/graphene reinforced and toughened plastic pipe comprising taking 5-8 pts. wt. stearic acid, adding 30-40 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring, adding 10-30 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, reacting for 4-5 at 60-80 degrees C, adding 6-8 pts. wt. terminated commercially available hyperbranched polyester, reacting for 6-7 hours, evaporating, obtaining hyperbranched polyester dispersant, taking 0.2-1 pt. wt. commercially available flaky graphite and 0.5-2 pts. wt. perylene anhydride, adding N,N-dimethylformamide, dispersing for 30-40 minutes, obtaining modified graphene, taking 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 5-10 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, diluting, adding 10-15 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, stirring, obtaining surface-modified light calcium carbonate, taking prepared raw materials, adding remaining raw materials, mixing for 20 minutes, extruding, cooling and cutting, and injection molding; where silane coupling agent is gamma -aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane, gamma -glycidol propyl-trimethoxysilane and gamma -mercaptopropyl-trimethoxysilane.
