NOVELTY - The film capacitor includes a tape substrate with advanced nano-sized corrugations and/or pores. A conformal layer of spongy titanium is applied to both sides of the substrate directly. The conformal layer comprises distributed titanium nanoclusters as a current collector. The tape substrate is made of a chemically-resistant carbon material, predominantly of bushophyte or graphene. A current-conducting coating of titanium is applied by arc-deposition on the conformal layer. USE - Film capacitor.
