▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing degradable aerogel composite functional filament comprises (i) performing electrostatic self-assembling graphene microsphere and titanium dioxide by dispersing graphene microspheres in cationic solution to make surface positively charged, dispersing titanium dioxide in anionic solution to make surface negatively charged, mixing two, and adsorbing negatively charged titanium dioxide on surface of positively charged graphene microspheres to obtain titanium dioxide/graphene suspension, (ii) preparing photocatalytic degradable aerogel by dissolving chitosan in glacial acetic acid solution and mixing with titanium dioxide/graphene suspension, preparing aerogel by sol-gel method and low-temperature freeze-drying technology, crushing aerogel to obtain porous nanomaterials to obtain photocatalytic degradable aerogel, and (iii) crushing photocatalytic degradable aerogel prepared in the step (ii), mixing with polymer raw material, extruding, granulating, and melt spinning. USE - The method is useful for preparing degradable aerogel composite functional filament. ADVANTAGE - The method: keeps the original performance of the composite filament. The filament: can be degraded for a specific time under the visible light; and is environmentally friendly.
