▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of electric locomotive pantograph for graphene modified carbon/carbon comprises taking pre-oxidized wire felt needling body as preform material with density controlled at 0.12-0.30 g/cm3, performing compact chemical vapor deposition to density of greater than or equal to 1.15 g/cm3, mixing and diluting graphene by organic solvent with resin at graphene content controlled at 0.5-2.5 wt.%, uniformly stirring to obtain soaking mixture, pressurizing and soaking carbon/carbon composite material blank at 1.0-6.0 MPa for 2-10 hours, curing, discharging, carbonizing in carbonizing furnace at 800-1050 degrees C for 2-5 hours to density of greater than or equal to 1.65 g/cm3, turning, entering into high-temperature graphitization furnace, heating to 1600-2500 degrees C at heating rate of 5-200 degrees C/hour, insulating for 2-4 hours, naturally cooling and mechanically processing. USE - Method for preparing electric locomotive pantograph for graphene modified carbon/carbon. ADVANTAGE - The pantograph has bending strength of greater than or equal to 270 MPa, shear strength of greater than or equal to 120 MPa, impact toughness of greater than or equal to 2.7 J/cm2, resistivity of less than or equal to 11.5 mu ohm-m, wear rate of less than or equal to 11.0 mm/10000 km, high mechanical strength, and good self-lubricating property and anti-friction-abrasion ability.
