▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A wood surface layer self-assembly flame retardant coating based on two-dimensional material reinforcement is prepared by pre-treating surface of wood to obtain surface activated wood, preparing polycation electrolyte solution or suspension and polyanion-two-dimensional material composite electrolyte suspension to obtain positively charged liquid A and negatively charged liquid D, respectively, or configuring polyanion electrolyte solution or suspension and polycation-two-dimensional material composite electrolyte suspension to obtain negatively charged liquid B and positively charged liquid C, respectively, using A liquid and liquid D to alternate layer-by-layer assembly on surface of activated wood, circularly assembling 1-20 times, or using liquid B and liquid C to perform alternating layer-by-layer assembly on surface of activated wood, circularly assembling 1-20 times, and drying wood. USE - The method is used for preparing wood surface layer self-assembly flame retardant coating based on two-dimensional material reinforcement. ADVANTAGE - The polyelectrolyte and two-dimensional nanomaterial are environment-friendly, non-toxic and harmless, and have simple and easy to operate construction method. The coating is suitable for flame-retardant treatment on surface of large-breadth wood product, has excellent flame retardant effect, and meets industry requirement.
