▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-purity m-xylene comprises (i) contacting the mixed xylene with the adsorbent, discharging the raffinate, then contacting the desorbent with the adsorbed adsorbent to obtain extract, and then obtaining the first part of m-xylene by distillation, (ii) adding hydrofluoric acid and boron trifluoride mixture to the raffinate in step (i), stirring and mixing, separating layers, collecting the acid phase, and heating to obtain the second part of m-xylene, and (iii) mixing the first part of m-xylene obtained in the step (i) with the second part of m-xylene obtained in step (ii), cooling, crystallizing, and washing to obtain high-purity m-xylene. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-purity m-xylene. ADVANTAGE - The method has purity of more than 99.8%, mild condition, low production cost, and less environment pollution.
