ADVANTAGE - The powder has good bonding interface and destroys van der Waals force between the agglomerated graphene without destroying the iron matrix of the mold steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the die steel powder comprising dispersing graphene derivative in absolute ethanol, shaking to obtain graphene derivative solution, adding mold steel powder to graphene derivative solution to obtain mixed solution, ball milling the mixed solution to obtain slurry, heating the slurry, mixing and drying.
