NOVELTY - A graphene-silicone modified aqueous polyurethane resin comprises 8-22 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2-7 pts. wt. polyol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polyamine chain extender, 4-12 pts. wt. oligomer polyol, 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. silicone, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. dibutyltin laurate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. acetone, 1-3 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, and 48-68 pts. wt. deionized water. The silicone monomer is hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, hydroxyalkyl group-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and/or hydroxy polyether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. USE - Graphene-silicone modified aqueous polyurethane resin for marine application, iron component, wood coating, antistatic coating, conductive coating, and antifouling water-proof coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-silicone modified aqueous polyurethane resin has excellent adhesion effect, corrosion resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, antistatic effect and high hardness performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-silicone modified aqueous polyurethane resin comprises 8-22 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2-7 pts. wt. polyol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. polyamine chain extender, 4-12 pts. wt. oligomer polyol, 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. silicone, 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. dibutyltin laurate, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-10 pts. wt. acetone, 1-3 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, and 48-68 pts. wt. deionized water. The silicone monomer is hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, hydroxyalkyl group-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and/or hydroxy polyether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane. The polyisocyanate is toluene diisocyanate, isophorone diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate, cyclohexanedimethylene diisocyanate, and/or tetramethylbenzene dimethyl diisocyanate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene-silicone modified aqueous polyurethane resin, which involves (A) adding polyol, oligomer polyol, graphene and dimethylolpropionic acid to a four-port reactor equipped with a thermometer, a condenser, and a stirrer, heating at 95-110 degrees C, and vacuum dehydrating for 1.5-2 hours, (B) adding silicone, cooling to 60-70 degrees C, dripping polyisocyanate within 0.5-1 hour, adding dibutyltin laurate, heating at 80-82 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, adding acetone depending on the viscosity of the system, measuring isocyanate value, and stopping the reaction when the measured value is close to the theoretical design value, and (C) continuously stirring until the temperature is below 40 degrees C, dripping neutralizing agent, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding calculated amount of water, continuously stirring for 15 minutes, adding polyamine chain extender under stirring condition, high speed stirring and dispersing for 1 hour, low speed stirring for 0.5 hour, and removing acetone by distilling under reduced pressure.
