▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cathode material of battery comprises a graphene sheets, which are coated with zinc oxide particles, and the mass ratio of zinc oxide in the cathode material is 60-95%; the thickness of the graphite layer is 0.5-10 nm and the plane size of the graphene is 500 nm to 50 mu m. USE - Used as cathode material of battery. ADVANTAGE - The zinc-based battery assembled with graphene-coated zinc oxide composites has an output voltage of 1.2-1.8V, large specific capacity and cyclic performance. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the cathode material of battery comprising (i) uniformly dispersing the zinc-containing compound in water and organic solvent, adding the graphite material into the normal pressure reactor or hydrothermal kettle and reacting at 25-300 degrees C, where the mass ratio of zinc containing compound and graphite material is 0.8-12:1, where the zinc-containing compound is zinc oxide or zinc oxide precursor; the zinc precursor is derived from zinc salt, zinc base hydrotalcite, zinc-containing organic matter, and the graphite is derived from graphene or graphene oxide; where the organic solvent is ethanol, propanol, glycol, isopropanol, and methyl pyrrolidone; the reaction is hydro-thermal reaction, solvent thermal reaction and/or precipitation reaction; and (ii) drying is vacuum drying, freeze-drying, and supercritical drying.
