NOVELTY - Green phosphorus pollution-proof mortar comprises 10-20 pts. wt. cement, 5-10 pts. wt. fly ash, 30-50 pts. wt. phosphogypsum, 10-20 pts. wt. vitrified microbeads, 20-50 pts. wt. modified river sand, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, and 30-60 pts. wt. water; The preparation modified river sand comprises washing 20-50 pts. wt. river sand with water to remove impurities on the surface, drying, soaking the dried river sand in 30-60 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid (0.5-2 mol/l) for 1-3 hours, carrying acid treatment, washing with water and drying to obtain pretreated river sand; adding the pretreated river sand in 150-300 pts. wt. water, adding 15-30 pts. wt. ferric sulfate, stirring at 55-60degrees Celsius for 0.5-2 hours, filtering river sand and calcining at 650-800degrees Celsius for 2-4 hours, water washing and drying, obtaining modified river sand.
