NOVELTY - Molybdenum diselenide (MoSe2)-graphene modified poly (ethylene naphthalate) (PEN) photovoltaic assembly packaging film comprises 80-90 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene, 2-10 pts. wt. molybdenum diselenide nano particles, 1-5 pts. wt. graphite, 0.2-1 pts. wt. UV light absorbent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-3 pts. wt. tackifier, 0.01-6 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.05-1 pts. wt. initiator, and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Used as molybdenum diselenide (MoSe2)-graphene modified poly (ethylene naphthalate) photovoltaic assembly packaging film. ADVANTAGE - The photovoltaic assembly packaging film has high insulating property, and high weather resistance, improves the insulating performance and weather for poly (ethylene naphthalate) resin photovoltaic packaging adhesive film of solar battery assembly, has stable packaging, and has low light attenuation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the molybdenum diselenide (MoSe2)-graphene modified poly (ethylene naphthalate) photovoltaic assembly packaging film comprising (i) respectively weighing poly (ethylene naphthalate) resin, molybdenum diselenide nanoparticles, graphene, UV light absorber, light stabilizer, antioxidant, tackifier, crosslinking agent, initiator and a silane coupling agent, and (ii) adding the resulting raw material into a high-speed mixing machine for mixing to obtain premix; and then placing the premixed material into a single-screw casting machine for casting to obtain the packaging film, mixing under the rotating speed of the high speed mixer at 500-1500 rotations/minute (rpm) for 10-50 minutes.
