NOVELTY - The preparation of a biologically fermented manganese dioxide/graphene composite electrode material involves: separating a strain M1 from soil near manganese ore, inoculating the strain on a Luria-Bertani culture medium flat plate, carrying out rotary oscillation culture for 12-18 hours, taking a culture bacterial liquid, centrifuging, and adding aseptic water into the obtained precipitate to obtain an activated bacterial liquid; inoculating the bacterium liquid and a manganese chloride solution into a leptin liquid culture medium, and carrying out rotary oscillation fermentation culture to obtain a fermentation liquid; inoculating a graphene material into the fermentation liquid, carrying out fermentation culture, centrifuging the obtained fermentation liquor, and collecting precipitate; vacuum freeze drying the precipitate to obtain a precursor of the biological fermentation manganese dioxide/graphene composite electrode material; and calcining at high temperature. USE - Preparation method of biologically fermented manganese dioxide/graphene composite electrode material used for preparing super capacitors and batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare biologically fermented manganese dioxide/graphene composite electrode material, which has good electrochemical performance, and has clear appearance feature, and uniform and stable attachment on the graphene surface through bacterial adhesion. The preparation condition is mild, and the distribution is uniform. The electrode material has clear morphological characteristics, successfully and effectively utilizes manganese element in manganese chloride by adopting a biological fermentation method, biologically synthesizes manganese dioxide. The electrode material has high safety and environmental friendliness, and is simple process and convenience in operation.
