NOVELTY - A graphene cut-resistant and wear-resistant coating comprises 20-40 %mass diphenylmethane 4,4'-diisocyanate, 10-30 %mass polyether polyol, 20-40 %mass amino-terminated polyether, 10-20 %mass chain extender, 0.1-10 %mass graphene oxide, 0.1-1 %mass modifier, 0.1-5 %mass pigment, 0.1-1 %mass additive. The additives include any one or more of silicon carbide, glass fiber powder, polyethylene powder, boron nitride, and carbon fiber powder. USE - Graphene cut-resistant and wear-resistant coating for spraying. ADVANTAGE - The graphene cut-resistant and wear-resistant coating incorporates graphene into each component of the coating and coat it on the protective surface through a spraying process to play the role of strengthening, waterproofing and anti-corrosion, etc., and improve service life. The graphene enhances the performance of coatings such as cutting resistance and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the graphene cut-resistant and wear-resistant coating, which involves (1), weighing each raw material in proportion, (2) preparing component (A), (3) preparing component (B), (4) passing the component (A) and the component (B) through the spraying equipment, spraying out mixing, and solidifying.
