NOVELTY - The electrode has a current collector and a graphite diluted nanometer sheet, where the graphite diluted nanometer sheet is arranged vertical to a current collector surface. The graphite diluted nanometer sheet is provided with graphene layers. The collector contains carbon-containing gas. USE - Vertically oriented graphite integrated super-capacitor electrode. ADVANTAGE - The electrode can realize to vertically oriented graphene for manufacturing the super-capacitor electrode by using active material with infiltrating and ion diffusion property in two-step manufacturing process, thus avoiding the usage of the graphene and agglomeration of an adhesive so as to provide an effective graphene energy storage area and ensure better performance of the super capacitor.
