NOVELTY - Piezoelectric conductive composite comprises an inner layer and an outer layer sleeved outside the inner layer, multiple nano-grooves are opened on the outer peripheral surface of the outer layer, where the inner layer is made of polycaprolactone dissolved in a binary organic solvent. The outer layer is made of one of polycaprolactone, polyvinylpyrrolidone, nanoparticles of metal organic framework materials, or nanoparticles of graphene or its derivatives dissolved in a binary organic solvent. The support length of described piezoelectric conductive composite support is 1-3cm, and inner diameter is 2.5-3.5mm, and the tube wall thickness is 0.4-0.45mm. USE - Piezoelectric conductive composite used in a tissue engineering product for treating a ratchet and for treating long-range peripheral nerve defects. ADVANTAGE - The piezoelectric conductive composite has small toxic and side effect, good biocompatibility, improves the tissue regeneration spee, promotes intracellular glucose utilization and productivity, to regulate macrophage from the inflammatory phenotype to anti-inflammatory phenotype polarization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a piezoelectric conductive composite, which involves: a. adding polycaprolactone in the binary organic solvent, after ultrasonic treatment, promptly obtaining the spinning solution of inner layer; b. adding polycaprolactone and polyvinylpyrrolidone to the binary organic solvent, adding nanoparticles of graphene or its derivatives and nanoparticles of metal-organic framework materials to obtain outer layer of spinning; and c. electrospinning the inner layer spinning solution and the outer layer spinning solution together, drying, and washing several times to obtain product.
