▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of zinc-tin-sulfur/graphene oxide composite involves mixing and dispersing 0.05-0.2% graphene oxide, 32-34% copper compound, 16-18% zinc compound, 21-23% tin compound and 26-29% sulfur compound in a carrier solution and forming precursor solution, heating obtained solution and obtaining zinc-tin-sulfur/graphene oxide composite compound, naturally-cooling, decompression-filtering, and drying at 40-50 degrees C for 20-28 hours. USE - Preparation of zinc-tin-sulfur/graphene oxide composite used for semiconductor photocatalyst for degrading organic pollutants. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides zinc-tin-sulfur/graphene oxide composite having high light stability.
