NOVELTY - High absorption aqueous-based magnetic material cleaning agent comprises self-made catalysts, self-made fillers, organic acids, deionized water, and imidazoline corrosion inhibitors. USE - Used as high absorption aqueous-based magnetic material cleaning agent. ADVANTAGE - The cleaning agent has quick oil removing, rust removing and rust preventing effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high absorption aqueous-based magnetic material cleaning agent comprising (i) placing butyl titanate into absolute ethyl alcohol with the mass of 3-5 times of the mass of butyl titanate, stirring uniformly, pouring 1-3 times graphene oxide hydrogel into the butyl titanate, stirring at 60℃ and 60 revolutions/minute for 2.5-4 hours, drying at 80℃ for 10-13 hours, and grinding a 100-mesh sieve to obtain the composite photocatalyst, (ii) mixing pretreating composite photocatalyst, dichloroethane, and sulfur trioxide in a mass ratio of 1:9:0.6-1:11:1.1, at 50℃ and 80 revolutions/minute, reacting for 35-47 minutes, adding a sodium hydroxide solution a mass fraction of 0.6-1.1 times the mass of the pretreated composite photocatalyst is 20%, stirring for 58-70 minutes, heating to 85℃ for 6-8 hours, performing suction filtration, extracting, and drying at 60℃ for 3-5 hours to obtain a sodium sulfonate compound, (iii) mixing the sodium sulfonate compound, 2-amino-2-methyl-6-heptenoic acid, distilled water, ammonium persulfate and isopropanol according to a mass ratio of 1:3:0.01:2.5-1:2:6:0.03:4.8, heating to 95℃ in a water bath, adding a sodium hydrogen sulfite solution having a mass of 0.1-0.3 times the mass of the sodium sulfonate compound, a hydrogen peroxide solution having a mass of 0.03-0.1 times the mass of the sodium sulfonate compound, maintaining the temperature for 5.5-7 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a self-made catalyst, (iv) 1,4-dioxane, pretreated carbon nanotubes, diboronic acid pinacol ester, potassium acetate, 1,1'-bis (diphenylphosphine) ferrocene palladium dichloride in a mass ratio of 4:1:1.0:0.06-6:1:2:1.6:0.08, heating to 95°C under the protection of nitrogen, reacting for 4.5-7 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding deionized water in a mass of 2-4 times the mass of the pretreated carbon nanotubes, stirring uniformly, performing suction filtration, and drying at 70℃ for 4-7 hours to obtain a self-made filler precursor, (v) at 0℃, mixing dichloromethane, a self-made filler precursor, triethylamine and lauryl chloride a mass ratio of 5:1:0.4:0.5-7:1:0.7:0.5, reacting for 3-5 hours, adding deionized water in a mass of 3-6 times the mass of a self-made filler precursor, stirring uniformly, performing suction filtration, and drying at 60℃ for 6-9 hours to obtain a self-made catalyst; and (vi) mixing the self-made catalyst, the self-made filler, the deionized water, the organic acid and the imidazoline corrosion inhibitor in a mass ratio of 1:0.4:3.2:1.7:0.1-1:0.6:4.8:2.0:0.1, and stirring uniformly to obtain the high absorption aqueous-based magnetic material cleaning agent.
