NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene electromagnetic shielding material involves using graphene oxide with a size more than 20 mu m and carbon-oxygen ratio of more than 2 to form a film, soaking in foaming agent solution, replacing the foaming agent solution with a volatile solvent, drying to remove volatile solvents, obtaining graphene porous material, and reducing defect density by high temperature annealing treatment to make ID/IG of 0.01-1.The solvent of the foaming agent solution is polar solvent. USE - Preparation of graphene electromagnetic shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene electromagnetic shielding material having highly oriented porous layer by layer structure with low defects which are beneficial to enhance the reflection of electromagnetic waves of the graphene material. The existence of pores is beneficial to enhance the multiple reflection loss of electromagnetic waves in the material, thereby making the graphene material with extremely strong electromagnetic shielding performance.
