NOVELTY - Method for preparing anti-freeze-thaw cycle concrete, involves (a) preparing a powder material by evenly mixing ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, granite powder and silica fume using a mixer, (b) preparing aggregates by adding fine aggregate and coarse aggregate into a mixer for fully mixing with the powder material, (c) mixing and stirring the above base materials and air-entraining agent, adding water and evenly stirring, (d) adding the obtained mixture to 0.1-0.3 vol.% graphene sheet, mixing with a mixer and vibrating with a vibrator, (e) randomly sampling, (f) pouring the prepared concrete, (g) compacting the surface of the concrete, flatting and smoothing, (h) covering the concrete with plastic film immediately after the surface is calendered and plastered, (i) covering with sacks and water for 28 days, when the strength reaches 25 MPa, and (j) normally using after the compressive strength and impermeability grade of the prepared concrete meet the requirements. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-freeze-thaw cycle concrete. ADVANTAGE - The method improves anti-freeze-thaw cycle effect by more than 40% and enhances function and use effect of concrete's anti-freeze-thaw cycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing anti-freeze-thaw cycle concrete, involves (a) preparing a powder material by evenly mixing 75-80 %mass ordinary Portland cement, 10-15 %mass fly ash, 1-3 %mass granite powder and 3-5 %mass silica fume using a mixer, (b) preparing aggregates by adding 30-40 %mass fine aggregate and 60-70 %mass coarse aggregate into a mixer for fully mixing with the powder material, (c) mixing and stirring the above base materials and air-entraining agent, adding water to the water-cement ratio of 0.45 and evenly stirring until the moisture content of the system reaches 20-22%, (d) adding the obtained mixture to 0.1-0.3 vol.% graphene sheet to the total volume of the mixture, mixing with a mixer for 3-5 minutes, and vibrating with a vibrator for 2-3 minutes, (e) randomly sampling after stirring, as described graphene sheet has been uniformly dispersed, (f) pouring the prepared concrete within 1 hour, (g) compacting the surface of the concrete, before the final setting of the pouring, flatting and smoothing, and there shall be no segregation and bleeding, (h) covering the concrete with plastic film immediately after the surface is calendered and plastered, (i) covering with sacks and water for 28 days, when the strength reaches 25 MPa, and (j) normally using after the compressive strength and impermeability grade of the prepared concrete meet the requirements.
