NOVELTY - Sound-insulating mortar comprises 25-35 pts. wt. cement, 0-30 pts. wt. reinforced aggregate, 15-20 pts. wt. vitrified microbeads, 0-10 pts. wt. ceramsite sand, 10-30 pts. wt. fly ash bleaching beads, 1-8 pts. wt. admixture, 2-4 pts. wt. hyperbranched ethylene glycol chitosan, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene hollow nanofiber, and 1-2 pts. wt. waste aramid fiber. USE - The sound insulation mortar is useful in a floor slab of a high-rise concrete building. ADVANTAGE - The sound insulation mortar has obvious sound insulation effect, safe, excellent mechanical property and is environmentally friendly and economical. The method is simple, convenient operation, low device requirement, less fund investment and meets the continuous industrial production requirement.
