NOVELTY - A wear-resistant flame-retardant modified natural rubber comprises natural rubber, butyl rubber, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, jute, 1,1-bis(di-t-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane, sulfur powder, zinc acrylate, modified graphene, talc, diatomite, high-abrasion furnace black, flame retardant, trioctyl trimellitate , epoxy fatty acid butyl ester, antioxidant 2264 (4,4'-diphenylisopropyl diphenylamine) and antioxidant MBZ (2-mercaptobenzimidazol zinc salt). The flame retardant contains magnesium hydroxide, melamine cyanurate and microencapsulated red phosphorus. USE - Wear-resistant flame-retardant modified natural rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified natural rubber has excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, flame resistance, flexibility and anti-aging property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A wear-resistant flame-retardant modified natural rubber comprises 78-82 pts. wt. natural rubber, 26-30 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 12-15 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 7-10 pts. wt. jute, 2-3 pts. wt. 1,1-bis(di-t-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. sulfur powder, 1.1-1.4 pt. wt. zinc acrylate, 14-17 pts. wt. modified graphene, 26-29 pts. wt. talc, 27-30 pts. wt. diatomite, 5-8 pts. wt. high-abrasion furnace black, 32-35 pts. wt. flame retardant, 6-8 pts. wt. trioctyl trimellitate, 6-9 pts. wt. epoxy fatty acid butyl ester, 1.8-2.5 pts. wt. antioxidant 2264 and 1.2-1.8 pt. wt. antioxidant MBZ. The flame retardant contains 55-65 wt.% magnesium hydroxide, 10-15 wt.% melamine cyanurate and 20-35 wt.% microencapsulated red phosphorus. The modified graphene is obtained by adding 246-249 pts. wt. humic acid to (2.3-2.4)x 103 pts. wt. deionized water, dripping 0.05-0.08 mol/L sodium hydroxide, adding 46-49 pts. wt. graphene oxide and (4-4.5)x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically processing at frequency of 16-19 KHz and power of 800-900 W for 1.2-1.5 hour, placing the obtained on a magnetic stirrer, stirring at 2200-2500 rpm for 2.5-2.8 hours, heating at 82-85 degrees C, stirring at 1700-2000 rpm, adding 76-79 wt.% hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring at 1600-1900 rpm for 27-30 hours, and filtering using nylon filter having size of 500-530 mesh at 24-27 kPa for 30-33 minutes. The ratio of hydrazine hydrate solution and graphene oxide is 54-57 L:52-55 Kg.
