▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The resonator has a structure unit provided with a flexible medium layer (1), a metal layer (2) and a two-dimensional graphene nano-layer (8). The two-dimensional graphene nano-layer is located on a top layer, where a lower layer of the two-dimensional graphene nano-layer is fixed with the metal layer. The metal layer is formed with a resonant ring air groove (3), a vertical rectangular air groove (4), a transverse rectangular air groove (5), a vertical U-shaped air groove (6) and a transverse U-shaped air groove (7), where chemical potential of the two-dimensional graphene nano-layer is changed by adding power for controlling reflectivity of a device resonance point and the metal layer is a mirror symmetrical along main diagonal. USE - Force or electricity double-adjustable multi-band reflection-type polarization insensitive resonator. ADVANTAGE - The resonator utilizes the flexible dielectric layer for realizing device deformation by applying external force, so as to control device resonant characteristics, changes the two-dimensional graphene nano-layer chemical potential by adding power, and controls reflectivity of a device resonant point.
