NOVELTY - The method of utilizing manganese-containing sulfuric acid liquid to prepare high-purity nano-barium sulfate, involves (1) adding complexing agent or organic acid to manganese-containing sulfuric acid solution to obtain manganese salt complex and sulfuric acid solution, (2) adding prefabricated barium carbonate slurry to sulfuric acid solution, and reacting to obtain nano barium sulfate, and (3) aging, filtering and drying. USE - Method of utilizing manganese-containing sulfuric acid liquid to prepare high-purity nano-barium sulfate used in processing of lithium manganate and ternary battery, metallurgy applications and graphene oxide production process. ADVANTAGE - The method enables creatively selecting complexing agent or organic acid and applying to manganese-containing waste sulfuric acid liquid system to form manganese complex with manganese ions, effectively suppressing the precipitation of manganese ions, and the purity of prepared barium sulfate is more than 99%, the whiteness is more than 94%, and enhanced quality is achieved.
