NOVELTY - Nano polypropylene chip includes 10-15 wt.% of nano-powder material and 85-90 wt.% of polypropylene chip. The sum of the weight percentage of the nano-powder material and the polypropylene chip is equal to 100 wt.%. The nano-powder material is composed of 93-95 wt.% nano-scale silica, 1.0-2.0 wt.% nano-scale titanium dioxide, 1.0-3.0 wt.% nano-scale graphene, 1.0-2.0 wt.% aluminate coupling agent and 0.5-1.5 wt.% stearic acid and nano-scale silica. The sum of the weight percentages of nanometer titanium dioxide, nanometer graphene, aluminate coupling agent and stearic acid is equal to 100 wt.%. USE - Nano polypropylene chip. ADVANTAGE - The nano polypropylene chip has super strong physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, hence realizes the super-efficient filtering function of its products, super-strong sterilization and antibacterial functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano-polypropylene chip, which involves: (A) mixing of nano-powder materials Weigh nano-scale silica, nano-scale titanium dioxide, nano-scale graphene, aluminate coupling agent and stearic acid respectively; (B) putting into the mixer for mixing, the mixing time is 15 minutes, the rotating speed of the mixer is 800-1200 revolutions/minute, to obtain the nano powder material; (C) putting the nano-powder material and polypropylene chips into the mixer for mixing, and the mixing time is 5 minutes, and rotating speed of the mixer is 300-400 revolutions/minute to obtain the nano polypropylene chip premix; and (D) sending the nano-polypropylene chip premix to the granulator, heating and melting to obtain nano-polypropylene melt, and then entering the melt metering pump after filtering the nano-polypropylene melt through the filter, and extruding nano-polypropylene melt through the melt metering pump, and the continuous strip nano-polypropylene extruded by the screw, and after water cooling, air cooling, cutting and inspection, obtaining the finished product of nano polypropylene chip.
