▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Conductive ink for detecting vitamin B group comprises 8-26 wt.% resin particles, 10-30 wt.% conductive slurry, 50-70 wt.% solvent, 0.5-1 wt.% thickening agent, and 1-5 wt.% antifoaming agent. The conductive slurry contains 90-95 wt.% conductive particles. USE - The conductive ink for detecting vitamin B group is useful for printing matched test papers for vitamin detecting instrument (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive ink has improved composition, and realizes the detection of low-concentration B vitamins in the sample. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for: a method for preparing the conductive ink, comprising (i) grinding resin particle and conductive particle and passing through a 400-mesh sieve; (ii) placing the sieved conductive particles in an oven at 100-300 degrees C, sintering for 30-100 minutes, taking out, and naturally cooling to obtain sintered particles; (iii) adding the sintered particles into the ethanol solution and ultrasonically mixing at 300-500 W for 30-120 minutes and at 300-500 W for 30-120 minutes, placing the mixed suspension in a rotary evaporator, evaporating the ethanol solution to a viscous slurry, adding the acetone solution, uniformly mixing, placing in the rotary evaporator again, evaporating the acetone solution to a viscous state to obtain a conductive slurry; and (iv) adding resin particle, solvent, antifoaming agent and thickening agent into the conductive slurry, and uniformly mixing.
