NOVELTY - Preparation of nickel ferrite-lesser layer graphite broadband wave absorbing powder material comprises dispersing carbon material in 30 wt.% 3-5% hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring at 85-95degrees Celsius, naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain hydrogen peroxide suspension of carbon material, adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate, ferric nitrate nonahydrate and urea, adding to high-speed liquid phase shearing device, and shearing to obtain homogeneous shear suspension; and placing in a hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 150-170degrees Celsius for 20-26 hours, cooling to room temperature naturally, centrifuging, ultrasonically cleaning centrifugal product with deionized water repeatedly until neutralized, dispersing into mixed solution of deionized water and ethanol, and drying to 50-70degrees Celsius. The molar ratio of nickel and iron is 3:1. The molar ratio of urea and metal ions is 6.6:1. The molar ratio of metal ions and carbon material is 1:1. USE - The method is for preparation of nickel ferrite-lesser layer graphite broadband wave absorbing powder material ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to prepare large quantities of products. The powder enhances the DurdeLorentz resonance, and has absorption bandwidth covering the S, C and X bands. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a nickel ferrite-lesser layer graphite broadband wave absorbing powder material.
