NOVELTY - Graphene aluminum-based composite material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. aluminum alloy powder, 10-50 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-8 pts. wt. softening agent, and 1-40 pts. wt. adhesive, where the aluminum alloy powder is aluminum-vanadium alloy, aluminum-strontium alloy, aluminum-titanium alloy, aluminum-magnesium alloy, aluminum-silicon alloy, and/or aluminum-zinc alloy. USE - Used as the graphene aluminum-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: enables high-quality interface between graphene and aluminum; enhances the mechanical strength of aluminum alloy; and greatly reduces the thickness of aluminum alloy product. The method: modifies the weight of aluminum alloy; and is simple and economical.
