NOVELTY - Dispersion, comprising ethanol or polyvinyl pyrrolidone, is claimed. USE - The toothpaste is useful for exterminating bacteria and removing mouth peculiar smell. ADVANTAGE - The dispersion is non-poisonous and has no side effect. The toothpaste has strong cleaning effect and solves series of oral canker and is safe to use. The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also: (1) oxygen-containing graphene toothpaste, comprising 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. dispersion liquid and 94-99 pts. wt. auxiliary agent; and (2) preparing the oxygen-containing graphene toothpaste, comprising (i) adding the graphite oxide and dispersion into deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing for 10-30 minutes, and (ii) adding graphene oxide and auxiliary agent into a mixing tank and stirring at room temperature for 20-35 minutes.
