NOVELTY - Polymerized starch milk fiber slice comprises 40-53.2 wt.% purified terephthalic acid (PTA), 12-40 wt.% ethylene glycol, 5-40 wt.% starch, 0.1-1 wt.% modifier, and 0.6-1 wt.% catalyst. USE - The polymerized starch milk fiber slice is useful in chemical fiber, light industry and textile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber slice has degradable material, belongs to green environmentally friendly product, is returned to nature through microbial synthesis, and is harmless to the earth and environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polymerized starch milk fiber slice, comprising (i) adding graphene into ethylene glycol, adding modifier, evenly stirring, heating, and performing modification treatment to obtain modified GO/EG dispersion, (ii) adding purified terephthalic acid and catalyst into the modified GO/EG dispersion, and stirring to obtain polymerization slurry, (iii) subjecting the polymerization slurry into pressure esterification reaction, and (iv) carrying out pressure esterification reaction and low vacuum polycondensation reaction on polymerization slurry, performing high-vacuum polycondensation reaction, discharging the material, pelletizing, and drying to obtain polymerized starch milk fiber slice.
