NOVELTY - Dispersion solution including graphene oxide platelet is prepared (S110). Precursor solution including the dispersion solution is aerosolized and converted (S120) into aerosol droplets containing graphene oxide platelet. The aerosol droplets are pyrolyzed such that graphene oxide platelet is reduced. Vapor containing the reduced graphene oxide platelet is passed (S140) through aqueous solution containing surfactant to collect reduced graphene oxide platelet. USE - Manufacture of graphene used for hybrid-graphene composite (claimed) for biomedicine organic light emitting diode display device and flexible display device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is manufactured by efficient method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for hybrid-graphene composite.
