NOVELTY - The device has a graphene LED backlight source for providing red, green or blue light. A first polarizing plate emits LED light. A first base board is provided with a data wire and a scanning wire. A pixel unit is connected with the data wire and the scanning wire. The pixel unit is provided with a pixel electrode and a liquid crystal layer i.e. blue phase liquid crystal layer. A liquid crystal module emits polarization light. A second base board is connected with the pixel electrode for driving the liquid crystal module. A second polarizing plate emits the polarization light. USE - LCD device. ADVANTAGE - The device improves image resolution ratio and reduces manufacturing cost. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an LCD device.
