▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Quasi-enzyme catalyst comprises a graphene micro-sheet and molybdenum disulfide nano sheet grown vertically on the graphene. The mass ratio of graphene and molybdenum disulfide in the catalyst is (0.5-5): 100. USE - The catalyst is useful for antibacterial material, and antibacterial preparation. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has stronger enzyme activity. The method is simple, has short preparation time. The composite material has more defects, exposes more active sites, has higher enzyme catalytic activity, and improved sterilizing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation of quasi-enzyme catalyst, comprising (i) dissolving 260 mg ammonium tetrathiomolybdate in 15 ml dimethylformamide to obtain dispersion, then adding 0.5-5 ml 1 mg/ml graphene oxide solution into the dispersion, and stirring uniformly, (ii) adding the dispersion into a reactor, under the condition of stirring, heating using a microwave reactor to 200 plus minus 20 degrees C and reacting for 10 plus minus 6 hours, and (iii) filtering the reacted solution, washing the resulting precipitate with de-ionized water, ethanol, and then drying the separated precipitate to obtain molybdenum disulfide/graphene vertical heterostructured quasi-enzyme catalyst with high-efficiency catalytic activity.
